We provide publishing infrastructure for independent developers who want help launching, positioning, and distributing their games (while retaining ownership of their work).
Our services include:

We focus on quality over quantity and bring with us clarity, expertise, experience and conviction. We don’t make promises we can’t keep, and we keep the promises we make.
We’re here to help ensure your game finds and connects to the audience who will love it in all its weird, unapologetic glory.
WHAT WE DON'T DO
To avoid confusion (and disappointment), here’s what we don’t do.
- No cash advances
- No co-development or porting
- No paid user acquisition campaigns or ads
- No mobile, VR or console publishing
If you’re looking for funding or full-service development support, we’re probably not the right fit - and that’s okay.
HOW IT WORKS
Kallisti Studio operates on a services-only, revenue-share model.
We provide clearly scoped publishing services and are compensated through a transparent share of revenue only after a game earns money. Developers retain ownership of their IP and creative control.
Typical publisher share: 20-35% of net revenue, depending on scope of our services.
No recoupment cliffs. No advances to chase. No golden apples hidden in the contract.
You’ve put in the sweat equity because you believe in your project, and we’re here to do the same.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We work best with games that are:
- Experimental, surreal, psychedelic, or genre-bending
- Intentional about what they’re trying to do
- Ready (or nearly ready) to think seriously about launch and visibility
- Not especially interested in sanding off their rough edges
You don’t need a massive following. You do need a point of view.

Kallisti Games is a team of proven industry subject-matter experts, led by a publishing executive with 2 decades of experience in independent games, platform relations, marketing and distribution. We operate as a small, focused collective and work with trusted contractors for legal, finance, art, video, and localization.
We believe strange games still deserve boring spreadsheets - and that both can coexist peacefully.
